- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
- Monitor competitor activities and market trends.
- Lead and train a team of sales representatives.
- Ensure timely collection of payments and manage credit limits.
- Generate and maintain sales reports for management.
✅ Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of proven experience in sales (edible oil/FMCG background preferred).
- Strong negotiation, communication, and leadership skills.
- Willingness to travel locally for market visits.
